Blackbird was founded during the Great Recession. We saw only opportunity in a time when fear and uncertainty was soaring. From this crumbling foundation, were able to build a real estate investment company that has lived full cycles of real estate markets. Poised to sustain current opportunities, but most importantly we keep an aerial view of long market cycles. Being born out of the ashes of the sharpest US real estate decline of our lifetime has provided insight that can not be learned nor taught. Our experience is now ingrained in the company and is a foundation of the our investment strategy and market forecasting.
